Carmen Deale is what happens when a fine artist becomes a business leader and never stops loving both. With an Associate's Degree in Fine Arts from Palm Beach State College, a Bachelor's in Business & Marketing from Florida Atlantic University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix, she brings a rare combination of creative vision and methodical thinking to every event she designs.

Over more than 20 years in corporate leadership, Carmen fiercely advocated for small businesses, championed equity, and led with purpose. But design was always her north star. Today, she channels that same drive and discipline into building experiences that move people — through luxury balloon installations, exquisite florals, and the warm, transformational power of her Signature Candlelight Experience™.
